Customer Control:

With the OCM Total Promise we want you to control your schedule, not us. You can make cruise by or make an appointment, either way we'll get your needs taken care of asap.  When it's time for installation we're not like the cable company that make you choose between 9-12 or 12-5, we work on your schedule.

Additionally, we offer FREE shuttle service to South Coast Plaza (3 miles away) or will take you to your home or office within a 10 mile radius.

Install it Right the First Time

With OCM Total Promise, we stand behind every installation and we'll do it right the FIRST TIME. With decades of experience we're so confident in our crew that if there's an issue due to our installation within the first 12 months or 12,000 miles we'll do it again! It doesn't happen often but if it does we want you to have the peace of mind our wallet will be affected, not yours.
